Here you’ll find dates for female empowerment ART workshops. I guide participants in creating a vlva sculpture of themselves using the DIY principles. Making a sculpture strips away all shame and furthermore opens up the infinite portal of self love and body positivity. Together we create your epic masterpieces- A Vlva Sculpture. I encourage you to paint your art pieces and/or to dance to your favorite song using movements learned in class. These unique cathartic experiences are magical for those who are brave enough to jump out of their comfort zone. I am truly honored to be a part of it and do so with upmost respect and clear intention.
On my free time I sub Pilates reformer classes, take Pole Dance, and perform on the pole with or without heels as well as performance art. My next peformance is in May in Berlin and July in Ireland for pole dance and performance art respectively.
